Wines From Peter Weygandt - Saturday June 28th from 12-4 at Seaboard Wine & Tasting Bar. No charge. We will be sampling wines from Peter's extensive portfolio of fine estate grown wines from France and Austria. The quality, value and complexity of these wines are exceptional despite the strength of the euro.

Staff Favorites - Saturday July 5th from 12-4 at Seaboard Wine & Tasting Bar. No charge. Since many of us will be hanging out at the beach, grilling out or visiting friends & family during the next few weeks, the staff at Seaboard Wine would like to pour some of our favorite summer wines. Whether it's white, red or rosé, these wines are proven crowd pleasers and offer great quality for the price!

Every Thursday & Friday 4-8 pm; every "First Friday" 4-9pm

Now every Thursday & Friday we will offer a selection of complimentary cheeses and  crackers to accompany our wine by the glass program. Plus, due to the arrival of many new wines throughout the fall, we will be choosing wines & vintages new to Seaboard, rather than wines based on a specific grape variety or regional theme.

Our comfortable tasting bar is open Thursdays and Fridays from 4-8, serving a fun selection of new arrivals from around the world available for sale in tasting flights or 2 & 4 ounce pours in a cozy, casual environment. Sample before you buy, and receive discounts on the featured wines to take home by the bottle. 

Would you like to conduct your own tasting? You may now choose any bottle of wine in the store (excluding fortified) from the over 2000 wines we offer, and for the retail price plus a modest $5 corking fee at our Tasting Bar, you may enjoy your selection with friends. See store for more details.

Every Saturday from 12-4 (unless noted otherwise) we feature a selection of wines for you to sample at no charge. It’s a great opportunity to learn about different regions and varietals, and simply to try something new. The importer, distributor or wine maker will be on hand to answer any questions and give you detailed information about the wines. We also host special evening tastings as well, and stop by the Seaboard Tasting Bar every Thursday & Friday from 4-8 with wines for sale by the glass, flight or bottle.

New Arrivals from South Africa - Saturday June 21st from 12-4 at Seaboard Wine & Tasting Bar. No charge. Stop by and sample some of our newest offerings from South Africa including Chenin Blanc, Shiraz, Pinotage, Sauvignon Blanc and several blends. The quality of South African wines has risen dramatically in the past 10 years, and we offer one of the largest selections in North Carolina.

Wines from Austria - Saturday May 24th from 12-4 at Seaboard Wine & Tasting Bar. No charge. We'll wind up the final weekend of our Austrian wine sale with a selection of our most popular wines including whites, reds and rosé. These are great for backyard barbeques and sipping on the patio during the long holiday weekend!

The Wines of Jed Steele - Saturday May 19th from 12-4 at Seaboard Wine & Tasting Bar. No charge. Meet Steele's Viticulturalist/General Manager Steve Tylicki and sample a range of wines from Steele and Shooting Star expertly crafted by our good friend, Jed Steele. From Pinot Blanc to Zinfandel and beyond, Jed's wines are affordable, user friendly and full of character, much like himself.

Wines of Italy - Saturday May 10th from 12-4 at Seaboard Wine & Tasting Bar. No charge. Our good friend Manuel Magnani has returned from Vin Italy with a shipload of new wines from the Piedmont to Sicily, all at prices you can't refuse.

Wine Dinner & Tasting with Leo Hillinger! Enjoy a reception and four course wine dinner with maverick Austrian winemaker Leo Hillinger at South in North Hills.
