Shipping Information:  For all shipping orders, we charge an extra packing and UPS charge.  To protect the youth of society from themselves, adult signature (over 21) is required at the time of delivery. We want you to receive the wine in the best possible condition therefore we also insure all of our shipments and will not ship during the hottest days of our North Carolina summers. Call for details.

We ship to all of the continental United States where the federal, state and local ordinances allow. At this time we can not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota or Utah due to their state laws which ban interstate shipments of wine.

Please note: All wines are sold in North Carolina and title passes to the buyer in North Carolina.  We make no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of North Carolina.  The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine.  By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order for you.  Wines may be sold only to persons who are at least 21 years old.

The prices listed reflect items that are in stock; however,  prices and availability are subject to change. And, nobody's perfect -- we reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur on this site.  Some of our selected wines are available in limited quantities, or vintages change with little notice from the distributors, so stock up on your favorites now.
