based on # of bottles, weight and your zip code. Orders
placed from out of state and shipped out of state are sales tax exempt at
this time, but legislation is pending that may reverse this.

| Ordering Tip: The most cost effective
quantities for shipping are 2, 6 or 12 bottle orders. Shipping and packing charges will be added to the "total" based on # of
bottles, weight and your zip code. These charges typically run
$25-$60
per case depending on your proximity to North Carolina. We will e-mail you, fax or
call you with a final total before order is shipped. All deliveries require an
adult signature. Please note:
All wines are sold in North Carolina and title passes to the buyer in
North Carolina. We make no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to
ship or import wines into any state outside of North Carolina. The buyer is
solely responsible for shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on
your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order for you. Wines may be
sold only to persons who are at least 21 years old. All wine orders require an adult
signature at the time of delivery.
At this time we can not ship to Alabama,
